We, at Body Matters, understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. For that reason, everyone gets one "Unexpected Event Pass" per year. In all other cases, the following policies apply for rescheduling, cancellation, no-shows and late arrivals:
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to your therapist, please give 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give at least 48 hours notice you will be responsible for half the rate of the scheduled appointment. This amount must be paid in full prior to the next scheduled appointment.
No-show Policy
Should a client forget or consciously choose to forgo their scheduled appointment, they will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. This amount must be paid in full prior to the next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals
A late arrival to the appointment may result in less hands-on time than originally scheduled. Regardless of the hands-on time performed, the client will be responsible for the full rate of the appointment originally scheduled.
